Established in 2001, C!NC is a privately-owned, multi award winning hospitality group that currently operates iconic Australian venues, Coogee Bay Hotel and Cruise Bar (in Sydney’s Circular Quay).
Managing Director Christopher Cheung (OAM) is at the helm, and has been recognised with multiple awards including the youngest recipient of the National AHA Awards for Excellence ‘Hotelier of the Year’. His philanthropic contribution to the community includes over 30 years supporting Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation (raising $3.9M+), local Surf Lifesaving since the 1990’s, and community sports teams to name just a few. In 2022, Chris was presented a Melvin Jones award by Lions Australia for his humanitarian contributions.
