Located over three levels of the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Circular Quay, Cruise boasts stunning views across Sydney Harbour to the Sydney Opera House and beyond, creating a stunning backdrop for every occasion.
Bar
The ground floor is a busy bar and brasserie offering a range of tantalizing meals including a variety of seasonal pizzas appropriate for a leisurely lunch or swift business meeting. The views are so spectacular that visitors position themselves on the outside terrace - one of the best beer gardens in the world.
Restaurant
The views are just the same on this level but what's more important is what's on offer on the inside. Particular attention has been paid to the lighting, music, table settings and of course, the menu. Newly appointed Head Chef, David Porter; the evolving menu will offer quality dining with a relaxed atmosphere in one of Sydney's elite locations.
Events
This is probably the most spectacular venue space in Sydney. Ambient lighting, decadent furnishings, an ebony marble bar and a large wrap around terrace combine to create a luxurious and elegant setting perfect for corporate and private functions. Design
The fitout of the restaurant, featured a diverse range of finishes including extensive glazing, mirror panelling and stainless steel fixtures. The Centrepiece of the fitout was the installation of the 12 metre long Jeremy Lord kinetic light wall in the white environment of the Cruise Bar. The wall changes colour in response to the sound variation within the space.
On the top level, Posh lounge was one of the funkiest bars in Sydney, with exclusive entry, plush decor and sensational harbour views. This has given way to an increasing need for waterfront events venues and the birth of Cruise events filled this gap.
Over the years , Cruise has transformed into it's current set-up. The focus is on simple hospitality. Relaxed Waterfront style, where the focus remains on the basics of true hospitality. Great service, food and atmosphere are essential to our ethos and the patrons seem to agree.
